Refund And Returns Policy
Returns: Our policy is applicable for 15 days from the date of your purchase. If you wish to exchange or request a refund after 15 days of your purchase, then unfortunately your request will not be processed.
Your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition along with the original packaging when you received it, in order for it to be eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email at [email protected] to initiate the process.
Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days from our confirmation then we request you to first check your bank account again. If not, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Else, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will initiate the process for exchange.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We ship orders across India. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please note: Dorado is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping of Returns: To return your product, you should mail your product to: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
